fvwm-icons software package provides icon *.xpm files from fvwm development site, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fvwm-icons
fvwm-icons is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fvwm-icons package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fvwm-icons *
You will get with fvwm-icons package name, version, architecture and description in a table
